At Havana Enclave, exceptional living starts with an extraordinary location - and an equally important commitment to attainability in a city where affordability is becoming increasingly rare. Located in vibrant Little Havana, one of Miami’s most culturally rich and desirable neighborhoods, Havana Enclave places residents at the center of it all without the sky-high price tags that now define much of the market.

Miami’s rapid rise as a global destination has come with a widening wealth gap that is reshaping the housing landscape. A new report from Business Insider found that Miami has officially dethroned the New York City metro area as the U.S. city with the most $1 million-plus home listings - an astonishing metric that shows how quickly prices have climbed. While luxury inventory continues to grow, attainable new housing has become increasingly scarce, leaving many people priced out of the neighborhoods they love.

Havana Enclave is a rare example of a brand-new, attainable residential community that doesn’t ask residents to compromise on quality, design or location. In a city defined by extremes, Havana Enclave offers a more balanced vision of urban living. The building’s location further reinforces that vision. With robust public transit options, convenient road access and proximity to major employment and entertainment hubs, residents can move easily throughout the city without the burdens of long commutes or car-dependent living.

As Miami continues to evolve, the need for housing that is inclusive, attainable and well-located has never been greater. Havana Enclave isn’t just responding to the city’s growth – it is redefining what progress can look like. By pairing an unmatched Little Havana location with attainable pricing and a true luxury living experience, Havana Enclave proves that exceptional urban living should be within reach, even in one of the country’s most competitive housing markets.

Elsewhere in Little Havana, Astor continues to make incredible progress on the construction of Havana Enclave as it moves closer to completion this summer. Havana Enclave reflects Astor’s commitment to meet Miami’s housing needs and help the city it calls home reach its full potential.

Havana Enclave General Contractor BDI Construction commenced adding stucco to the exterior of the 179-unit building, which is located at 315 NW 27th Ave. This follows the recent installation of drywall on the second and third floors of the building, and successful installation of all windows.

Astor and the Havana Enclave team look forward to officially opening the building later this year! For more information about the project, visit blog.havanaenclave.com or email info@astor.com.
